Disciple of the King. Father. Husband. Runner. Foodie. Mortgage Banker.
I’m Conrad Venti, Residential Mortgage Banker and marketing strategist. I work with homeowners to educate and guide them through obtaining a mortgage.
I am Italian and therefore I talk pretty loud and tend to be extremely passion about things I commit to. My Uncle Mike told me when I was training with him for high school football that in order to succeed you must apply dedication, desire and discipline. I have spent the majority of my adult life applying those traits in all areas of life.
I serve a big God. Everyday I am reminded how much the Lord has blessed me beyond what I deserve. I acknowledge that, give thanks and commit to glorifying him through all areas of my life on a daily basis.
Moving to the Mid-Willamette Valley in early childhood I consider my self a native of the area. I graduated from Western Oregon University with a degree Business Finance. After ending my collegiate football career with an injury I spent time working as a banker at US Bank while finishing my degree. After three years in banking I developed a clear understanding that I was passionate about financial education. With a few strong real estate influences in my life and my education it was a clear path to entering into a real estate finance career. Since 2006 I’ve been educating homeowners about money management, credit and real estate investments as it fits into their financial portfolio.
As a mortgage banker I work with local realtors and industry partners educating about technology, social media and ways to connect and educate. Education has become a focal point of my daily efforts so we can help create borrowers and homeowners who truly Know Before They Owe.
I am sharing this incredible journey with my best friend and high school sweetheart, Kari (You can check out her awesome blog at www.twinmamaloves.com). She is a rock solid wife and mother and I could not be more blessed. The Lord has blessed us with boy/girl twins, Nolan and Mila, and our little girl Clara. Kari and I are committed to educating our children at home and discipling them as they grow and desire to learn about life and our Savior.
I am a foodie and therefore have become a runner; “I run to eat!”. My uncle owns Venti’s Cafe + Basement Bar in downtown Salem and Venti’s Cafe + Taphouse in South Salem. He has appointment me as the “go-to guy” (aka I work on various projects) which consists of a variety of marketing and finance related projects.
